You Cannot Unlock Hello USB Modem for Mobile Internet

If you want to use internet using USB modem you can buy one modem that you can use it for any type of Simcards in Cambodia regardless of services or Simcards. The price for USB Modem from electronic shop or computer store in Phnom Penh should cost anywhere from $20 to $30 the cheapest one.

However, you should also be careful when using any of these cheap one. They cannot last long or not able to stand working for long hours unlike the expensive ones.

For some reason you can buy reasonable price modem from Hello mobile operator in Phnom Penh or at any retailer shops with the price only $20 but they are not allow you to unlock the USB modem device. I think this is right, you don't want to violate the policy as well. This guy said from his blog that they cannot unlock the device...
