Unlock Modem Metfone, Cellcard in Cambodia

Any of these words and tactic bellow are not recommended to try because they are hackig ideas which I just translating from the blog article.

The Author of the blog wrote, "if you have problem with Metfon or Cellcard Modem, he can help you" which I think the guy mentioned about USB Modem where people can use it to connect to internet through Laptop or Desktop computer.

Those modems can work and support only SimCard from the mobile operator that they belong to. It was stating that they can unlock the code by just sending him your Modem EMEI and Model of your Modem to 2win3.wordpress.com and the owner of this blog will send you back the unlock code. What do you think?
